We are a new age marketing and advertising agency based out of Delhi. The core team is composed of young professionals from various fields with a shared passion for mass media. We are all united in our vision to incorporate traditional marketing wisdom in modern messaging. And with this north star in sight, we operate  as a service to optimize the mix of data and creativity for advertisers. These include campaigns all across the spectrum, from branding to sales. 

Our core values center around creating, we value creative work above all, and our culture has been optimally aligned towards allowing us the largest creative field. We believe our strictly systemized approach for repeated processes only helps us be more creative when it really matters. And as much as we believe in innovation, we never take down a wall unless we understand why it is put up. 

As a team, we greatly value aggressive effort, audacious optimism, and inclusion and community.  We are huge proponents of learning through working and so, most team members have learned and grown together, making great bonds along the way.

A sense of belonging to a team or friendly group completely overrides that of belonging to a frenetic commercial organization at Guillotine, despite what the name may suggest.
